We want you to love your Beautaura™ Beauty products. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


Before Sending Your Return

Please contact us first at care@beautaura.com.
We will provide:

  • The correct return address

  • Detailed instructions to process your return

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without contacting us first — your return may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition or with missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, software, etc.) with signs of use


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a 7 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank (refund posting delays may occur).
    If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email care@beautaura.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us at care@beautaura.com before returning anything.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.


Return Shipping

We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why all returns at our store are 100% free of restocking fees.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return eligible products within 30 days of delivery. You’ll receive a full refund for the product price — no hidden charges, no deductions.

Our goal is to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and worry-free.

Tip: For items over $75, use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
